The WELCOME Cargo Terminal in Warsaw has a direct access to the Chopin Airport apron and provides a full range of cargo warehousing services to our clients 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We cooperate with carriers and forwarding companies all over the world.
We conduct security checks of cargo and mail based on our Registered Agent status (RA No. PL/RA/00029-02) using the latest generation 180 x 180 cm X-ray scanner and other alternative inspection equipment (ETD).
We offer ULDs (airfreight containers/pallets) handling to the flight in wide-body, narrow-body and freight aircrafts.
Cargo terminal equipment
- Warehousing area of 3 000 sq.m., including:
- Cold storage warehouse of 112 sq.m. and temperatures of 2 to 8°C,
- Freezer storage warehouse of 31 sq.m. and temperature of -20°C,
- Valuable cargo room with an area of 23 sq.m.,
- Live animal enclosure of 23 sq.m.,
- Perishable cargo area of 32sq.m.,
- “Pro morte” room of 20 sq.m.;
- Truck docks;
- Semi-truck docks;
- Roller conveying system (roller conveyor) for faster loading of trucks;
- Various state-of-art handling systems (standard and custom-made).
